Originally from the Netherlands, Marguerite moved here more than three decades ago and currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland. She joined Taylor Properties Limited in the Spring of 2005 after an eight year association with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and a career of more than twelve years in property management in the Washington DC metropolitan area. She is central to our organization. As head of Taylor’s property management services, Marguerite prefers a hands-on management style. She is the initial point of contact for all new accounts, but remains very involved throughout the client relationship. She oversees all aspects of our operations and handles our accounting, client reporting, property registrations and licensing, and monitors property turnovers. Marguerite believes a carefully considered interview process is critical to the success of any desirable client-agent relationship for both parties. She excels at streamlining procedures and can always be counted on to deliver straightforward service. Marguerite holds her real estate salespersons licenses in DC and Maryland.
