Russ was a "preferred vendor" of Taylor's for many years, having owned his own appliance repair business in the DC area for more than a decade. It was during this association that we realized the value of having Russ as a Taylor employee. We are fortunate to be able to count on Russ's good judgment, dependability, "can-do" attitude, and expertise in the management of our rental portfolio. Russ oversees repairs, maintenance and turnover renovations, insurance matters, and coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of the business and is invaluable to our team effort. Russ is a Washington area native, having lived here for more than forty-five years. He is married with two children and resides in Montgomery County. His familiarity with the area and his network of service contractors has proven to be a great asset to everyone here at Taylor and to our clients. Russ holds his real estate salesperson's license in the District of Columbia.
